Does Virgin Vinyl Records have a return policy?
Yes, but only if we mis-grade a record. Potential damage occuring in shipping is best covered by purchasing insurance, and in the event this happens you must file a claim with the USPS. The owner of Virgin Vinyl Records is an experienced record collector and has graded thousands of records. He tends to grade lower than most other companies, and our customers tell us they like the way we grade vinyl. In each record description we list details on each grade in the listing. If you have any questions regarding a record’s condition, or any other details about a record, please feel free to contact us before you purchase and we will be glad to answer all of your questions. In the rare event we grade a record incorrectly, we will accept a return.

Are the photos of the records on this site actual products?
Yes, we photograph each and every item that we list in our store and in our auctions. The record that you see in every listing is the actual item that you will receive. Virgin Vinyl Records NEVER uses stock or generic pictures on any listing. If you would like more detail on an item, please contact us via email and we can send you a photo with more resolution.

Does Virgin Vinyl Records discount shipping costs for multiple items?
Yes, we calculate postage costs based on weight for multiple items on the same order. The cost is either based on USPS rates for MEDIA MAIL or USPS rates for PRIORITY MAIL in the United States, and FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL (up to 4 pounds) for other countries and Canada. The maximum weight allowed by the USPS for packages sent by First Class Mail International outside of the United States is four pounds. Normally you can expect to pay the full shipping cost for one item, and add $1.00 S&H for each additional item. If you pay more shipping than is required on multiple orders due to checkout cart limitations to reduce shipping costs, we will refund the amount overcharged for shipping to your paypal or google checkout account, respectively. When purchasing multiple items wait for an invoice with correct shipping before paying.

Yes, we normally add from 10-30 records each day. Please add us to your favorites and check back often.

We ship all our records in USPS boxes or LP mailers with proper filler padding.

How does Virgin Vinyl Records grade your records?
We follow the grading standards detailed on grading page, which are a modified version of the goldmine standard. The majority of records are visually graded using strong light, looking at everything carefully and then assigning grades based on our overall observations and expertise. Sometimes the record is play-graded and if so, it is noted in the album description. Our LP's are listed with two grades, one for the cover and one for the disc and at times a grade for the sleeve.

Will you accept an offer for this item?
It depends upon the listing terms, whether it's an auction item or in the store. Generally for store items we are open to receive offers for particular items, just write us and let us know which item you are interested in with a corresponding offer for it.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most customers within the United States can expect to receive their item within 2-7 business days. Estimated delivery for international customers is 7-14 days, but it can be much longer. International shipments depending upon the country can sometimes take up to 4-6 weeks, due to customs delays. We do not guarantee delivery within this timeframe; they are only estimates based on shipping carriers.

What are the international import fees, taxes, or tarries for my order?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Virgin Vinyl Records is not responsible in the case that additional charges apply. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for information.

We can not mark your order as a gift. As required by law, all international shipments will show their full value on your shipment’s customs form.
